I believe strong businesses start with people who feel supported, challenged, and ready to succeed. That belief shapes how I lead a sales team and how I approach building a business of my own.
As a Verizon Assistant Store Manager, I currently help lead and motivate ten sales representatives at one of North Carolina’s top ten stores by volume. I’ve also earned a place at Verizon’s Winner’s Circle, a recognition event honoring top sales professionals across the company. As an entrepreneur, I own an independent business selling through Amazon’s marketplace.
At home, I’m a husband and a father. Family gives the work meaning and reminds me that what we build matters most when it supports the people we love.

I currently help manage a team of ten sales representatives in a top-ten North Carolina store by volume. Across my leadership experience, I’ve coached and motivated sixteen sales professionals overall. My focus is motivating the team, developing confidence, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
Alongside my leadership career, I own and operate Jenkins Retail, an independent business selling on Amazon. It brings an entrepreneurial perspective to my work: stay curious, take responsibility, and keep improving.
